Who we are
The whole life of the kit
LOP Ltd works across four registered activities: wholesale of computers, computer peripheral equipment and software (SIC 46510), retail sale of telecommunications equipment other than mobile telephones (SIC 47429), other information technology service activities (SIC 62090) and repair of computers and peripheral equipment (SIC 95110), from Katherine Road in London E6.
Those four are really one job seen at different stages. Equipment is specified, supplied, set up, used for a few years, repaired once or twice and eventually replaced. Businesses that split those stages between a supplier, an installer and a repairer spend a lot of time explaining the same setup three times.
On repairs we diagnose before we quote, and nothing proceeds until you have approved the cost. If a repair is not worth doing we will say so rather than quote for it. Please back up your data before sending equipment in — we take care, but no repairer can guarantee data on a failing device.
