Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our website and services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website lopltd.site and any engagement with LOP Ltd. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
This website is operated by LOP Ltd, registered in England & Wales, with its address at 27 Katherine Road, London, England, E6 1PD, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] or +48 884 959 214.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it. All content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. Information provided
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice. Any proposal or quotation is subject to a written agreement.
3a. Sales, and your rights if you buy as a consumer
Quotations are subject to stock and to availability at the time of order. Prices include VAT where applicable and any delivery charge is shown before you commit to pay. Equipment is supplied with the manufacturer’s own specification and warranty, and software is supplied subject to the licence terms of its publisher, which you must accept to use it. Where you buy as a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires goods to be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose, and for distance and off-premises sales the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from receipt to cancel and a further 14 days to return the goods, with limited exceptions including sealed software unsealed after delivery and goods made to your specification. Those rights are not affected by anything in these terms. Supply to a business in the course of trade is not a consumer sale and those cancellation rights do not apply to it. Waste electrical equipment should be disposed of separately from household waste under the WEEE regulations; ask us and we will tell you what we can take back.
3b. Repairs, and your data
We diagnose a fault before quoting, and no chargeable work begins until you have approved the cost; a diagnostic charge, where one applies, is told to you when you book the equipment in. You are responsible for backing up your data before you give us any equipment. Repair, and particularly work on a failing drive or a device that has suffered liquid or impact damage, can result in data being lost, and we cannot guarantee the preservation or recovery of any data; we are not liable for data loss except where it results from our own negligence. Please remove any passcode or account lock, or supply the credentials needed for us to test the device, and remove any personal data you do not wish us to have access to. You confirm that equipment you give us is yours or that you are authorised to instruct work on it. Repairs are warranted for the period stated on the job sheet and that warranty covers the specific repair carried out, not unrelated later faults. Replaced parts may be retained unless you ask for them. Equipment not collected within the period stated when you book it in may be disposed of after we have tried to contact you.
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
